Kitchens Etc Ltd. takes each project regardless of size to a personal level. Renovations often happen after you have lived in your home for a period of time. We meet with you in your space enabling us to hear your ideas, listen to the dreams you have developed for the space, and take this opportunity to see your style. During our initial consultation we do a concise measurement of the space, we make industry standard recommendations for the proper flow of persons in your household, we advise on an extensive range of products outlining the cost differences enabling you to consider your budget, and we digest your space to help our creativity come through.

After the measuring process and initial meeting is complete, we get to work on your drawing. Working via email giving you three dimensional design drawings to depict your space, we will fine tune the drawing with you developing the design to your satisfaction. Once tuned, we proceed to price your project and provide you with a detailed quotation outlining the services that were discussed in the initial consultation.

We offer a detailed scope of work with individual pricing for each phase on a quotation so that you can build a contract based on your final decisions for services. A lot of our customers want to take care of a portion of the work themselves or they have an existing relationship with a tradesman they prefer to have involved, and we are more than happy to accommodate those requests.
